Davide specializes in commercial asset portfolio reallocation and repositioning, site analysis, complex 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and syndication opportunities. In 2018, Davide co-founded BG Asset Management alongside partners Brian Baniqued and Marc Guzman. Through BG Asset Management, he helps clients achieve long-term capital preservation, accumulation, and risk mitigation, managing portfolios ranging from single-family homes to 400+ unit assets across the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.
While rooted in the Northern California market, Davide advises experienced high-net-worth investors, owner-user industrial buyers, and first-time investors on portfolio strategy across the entire United States, leveraging his deep insights into macro-economic trends and local real estate dynamics.
