Brian Baniqued is the CEO, Founder, and Managing Broker of BCRE, bringing over 34 years of multi-faceted experience across real estate development, commercial mortgage brokerage, and strategic investment consulting. Beginning his career in 1991, he is a second-generation broker with deep expertise in syndications, value-add opportunities, debt restructuring, and tax-sheltered cashflow strategies. Over his career, he has personally owned and managed a portfolio of more than 1,000 multifamily units spanning from California to New York.
In addition to leading BCRE, Brian co-founded BG Asset Management in 2018, overseeing capital preservation and asset management for properties ranging from single-family homes to 400+ unit communities across Northern California. Outside of commercial real estate, Brian holds a degree in Biology, is a three-time American Ninja Warrior competitor, and is an award-winning movie producer (Trees of Peace). He actively guides high-net-worth investors, business operators, and first-time buyers in optimizing, reallocating, and scaling their real estate portfolios nationwide.
