Marc Guzman is a Partner and Broker Associate at BCRE and the CEO & Co-Founder of BG Asset Management. A real estate veteran since 2003, Marc earned his real estate license at 18 and secured his Broker’s license shortly after in 2006. With a strong analytical background, he initially specialized in helping investors identify, remodel, and resell residential assets before expanding into large-scale property management and foreclosure sales.
Driven by a commitment to education, industry innovation, and complete transparency, Marc co-founded BG Asset Management alongside Brian Baniqued and Davide Pio in 2018. Today, he directly oversees more than 600 residential and commercial units across Northern California and has closed hundreds of real estate transactions. Beyond managing portfolios, Marc is a prominent industry speaker and digital content creator, recognized for educating landlords and tenants while setting higher ethical standards across the property management sector.
